Service Description
This service enables beneficiaries from the community members or civil society institutions to introduce initiatives that serve society in Muscat Governorate.
Requirements
• The civil society institution initiating the initiative must be registered with the relevant authority.
• The initiative application must be submitted at least three (3) months before its implementation.
Required Documents
• An explanatory letter for the application, accompanied by a detailed description of the initiative and the impact that its implementation will have on the community.
• A copy of the initiative owner’s identity card.
• A copy of registration of the civil society organisation running the initiative.
Service Procedure Outline
Submitting the Application:
• The applicant submits the application personally or by Email.
Review and Processing of the Application:
• The relevant officer reviews all the required documents to check that the application is complete.
• If the application is incomplete, the staff member will call the beneficiary to inform them to submit the required attachments. Whereas, if the application is complete, the relevant employee will review it.
• The application is submitted to His Excellency the esteemed Governor or the Wali of the wilayat responsible for the application
Approval of the Application:
• The employee contacts the beneficiary by telephone or written communication to inform them regarding the procedure taken.
