The website provides a great wealth of historical, cultural, civilisational and tourist information regarding this ancient province and its six wilayats. Visitors to the website will also benefit from a detailed overview of the services provided by the governorate and the roles entrusted to it to serve citizens and residents within its administrative boundaries, through its General Office and the Offices of Their Excellencies the Walis. The website periodically reports on the activities and events of the Governorate’s General Office and the offices of Their Excellencies the Walis, and includes several online forms, which will facilitate accessing the available services.

Through this online platform, we aim to take advantage of the vast opportunities offered by the Internet to extend further bridges of communication with citizens across the governorate, wherever they may be; to understand their needs and identify appropriate solutions to the problems that obstruct development in their local communities, in coordination with the relevant entities. Therefore, we greatly appreciate the participation of our esteemed visitors in achieving these objectives through their insightful views and constructive suggestions regarding matters that serve the public interest.
