The Health Committee in the state of Muthar convened its first meeting of the year

The Health Committee in the Muthar state held its first meeting of the year in the meeting hall, chaired by His Excellency Sheikh Munir bin Ahmed Al Marhoon, the Governor of Muthar, and attended by the members. The committee discussed several topics, including the latest developments in the health city project and the progress made in terms of requirements, objectives, and some obstacles to its completion, as well as involving the community in it. The committee also discussed the drug and psychoactive substance abuse competition, the phenomenon of non-smoking tobacco in government schools, the problem of mosquitoes in health centers, and directed to address the relevant authorities regarding insecticide spraying and control. Finally, His Excellency Sheikh thanked the committee members for their efforts and urged them to follow up on the committee`s work.
