Al-Amrat Social Committee holds its first meeting for the year 2023

The Social Development Committee of Al-Amrat Governorate held its first meeting for the year 2023, chaired by His Excellency Mohammed bin Hamid bin Mohammed Al-Ghabshi, the Governor of Al-Amrat, and attended by committee members. The committee discussed the agenda items, which included reviewing the administrative decision issued by the Ministry of Education to form a committee for the community school education initiative in the state`s schools, which the committee had previously endorsed. The committee also presented some cases of financially distressed families and made appropriate recommendations. The meeting concluded with a field visit to the Wafa Rehabilitation Center for People with Disabilities in Al-Amrat Governorate to review the center`s services and the possibility of assisting it through the committee.
