This programme introduced participants to the concept of continuous improvement, its importance, objectives and principles, besides its role in developing the work environment and addressing challenges systematically. It highlighted improvement methodologies and their applications in institutional work environments.

The programme addressed a range of continuous improvement tools used to understand problems, analyse their root causes and identify opportunities for development. It highlighted the importance of linking improvement efforts to performance indicators and measuring results. Thereby boosting employees’ ability to address challenges in a more organised and effective manner.

The programme featured practical applications and group exercises, during which participants applied several the methodologies and tools covered to real-life situations and practical challenges, and to exchange ideas and experiences. Thus contributing to strengthening the practical aspect and reinforcing the concepts of continuous improvement.

He emphasised the importance of viewing challenges as opportunities for development and improvement.
Al Rawahi thanked and appreciated the programme trainer for the knowledge and expertise he shared and for his ability to present topics and simplify concepts practically and clearly.
