 As part of its efforts to develop institutional performance and strengthen strategic partnerships, Muscat Governorate, representing the Human Resources Department, met with specialists in continuous improvement and change management from Petroleum Development Oman to discuss cooperation and exchange expertise between the two sides. 

          During this meeting, numerous topics relating to strengthening institutional culture, and human capacity in change management and continuous improvement, through utilising best global practices and  methodologies were addressed. They include the Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Thereby, it boosts institutional performance and achieving higher quality and productivity.  

        Both entities reviewed joint cooperation opportunities within human resources, particularly regarding conducting specialised training programmes and exchanging practical expertise. As well as, providing training in Petroleum Development Oman for Muscat Governorate`s employees. Thus, this enhances their professional skills and supports institutional progress. 

        This meeting forms part of Muscat Governorate’s commitment to implement modern administrative practices and increase cooperation with leading institutions. Thereby, it achieves institutional integration and higher quality services.
