Muscat Governorate Conducts Introductory Workshop on Unified Model of E-Reporting

The Muscat Governorate, in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior representing the General Directorate of Governorates Affairs, conducted an introductory workshop regarding the unified model of electronic reports of the Muscat Governorate`s works within the Tanmeyah system.
This workshop targeted officials involved in preparing reports in the Muscat Governorate and the Walis` Offices, to introduce them familiar with the system and boost the efficiency of reports preparation and unify their output.

During the workshop, numerous primary topics were highlighted. They included introducing the system and objectives, reviewing advantages and outputs, explaining the system working in terms of accessing, using icons, and inputting data.

This system aims to enable governorates and wilayats to input data associated with work reports in a unified electronic form and provide qualitative and quantitative details on the work of governorates and wilayats. Thus it contributes to following up on performance reports, identifying challenges, enhancement opportunities. As well as, efficiently managing, organising, and storing data to simplify research, analysis and procedures, accelerate workings, and enhance performance quality.

The Tanmeyah system offers numerous features. For example, comprehensive report automation, evaluation, attaching supportive documents, a flexible authorisation system, and a performance-monitoring dashboard. The system outputs comprise a statistical information page, annual reports of the governorate and wilayat’s works, evaluating projects and events, statement of the implementing position of the Governorate and wilayat`s works, and the user manual.
