Muscat Governorate Boosts Institutional Excellence in Leadership and Supervisory Jobs

The Ministry of Labour and Muscat Governorate will conduct a range of specialised workshops to develop the efficiencies of employees of the State`s administrative apparatus, from 16 to 18 November 2025.
The Leadership Excellence Workshop (16–17 November) runs over two days and targets general managers, their assistants, consultants and experts. It enhanced their ability to achieve individual performance, advance modern leadership skills, and prepare them to lead institutional transformation according to the requirements of the next phase.
The Supervisory Excellence Workshop will run from 16 to 18 November, and it targets department managers and section heads representing the key link between leadership and staff. This workshop enables participants to manage performance effectively, follows up on individual employees` plans, enhances supervisory and motivational skills and work teams, and promotes the ability to provide feedback professionally.
These workshops include practical training on the “Ejada” platform to apply the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) methodology and monitor performance indicators. As well as, discussing introductory topics relating to the system, planning and optimisation techniques, preparing individual plans, performance management and evaluation. Besides, reviewing governance aspects and supportive capabilities.
These programmes create human capabilities that can successfully implement the individual performance, raise institutional awareness regarding various job functions to achieve Oman Vision 2040 objectives.
