Within the "Knowledge Ambassadors" Initiative in Muscat Governorate, a Training Workshop on Project Management and Transforming Concepts into Practical Reality

Muscat Governorate conducted a training workshop entitled “Project Management: From Idea to Implementation” on Wednesday as part of the “Knowledge Ambassadors” workshops initiative, initiative, delivered by Saleh bin Ali Al Saadi. This workshop targeted employees of the various administrative departments, to develop practical skills in the project management field and enhance the staff`s ability to transform ideas into implementable initiatives in the institutional work environment.
This workshop discussed several key topics, primarily, transforming concepts into practical reality, evaluating ideas regarding the necessity and providing solutions, the feasibility study stages, estimating costs and returns, and identifying appropriate sources of funding. As well as, the skills of planning and organisation, creating work teams, setting timelines, implementation and performance follow-up, and results evaluation to improve and progress projects were introduced during the workshop.
This workshop reflects the governorate`s continuous efforts to promote the efficiency of human cadres and offer them modern knowledge in project management. Thus enhancing the efficiency of institutional performance and the continuance of development initiatives in the governorate.
