His Excellency Ahmed bin Ali Al Shehhi, Wali of Seeb and Chairman of the Parents` Council, chaired the meeting of the Seeb Schools Coordination Committee for the academic year 2025/2026. It was attended by by Dr Ali bin Salim bin Mohammed Al Shukaili, Director General of the Directorate General of Education in Muscat Governorate, accompanied by several specialists from the Directorate.
During the meeting, preparations for operating schools in Seeb for the upcoming academic year were discussed. Reviewing school formations in view of the development of several new schools in the wilayat to fulfil the urban expansion and increasing population density. The students` distribution to schools to ensure balanced capacity and achieve an appropriate educational environment.
This meeting reflects the integrative efforts between the administrative and educational entities in Seeb. It aimed to increase the efficiency of school planning and achieve high-quality educational services.
