The Human Resources Department in Muscat Governorate conducted a training programme entitled ‘Financial Awareness, Step by Step’ this morning, Tuesday, 20 May 2025. It targeted several employees in the meeting room of the Governorate`s headquarters in Al Bustan.
This programme reflects the governorate`s commitment to enable its employees to manage money wisely and appropriately. Thus avoiding burdensome debts, enhancing the financial resources efficiently, and using funds optimally.
This training programme included interactive, practical activities to help participants prioritise their salaries between essentials and luxuries and saving money for emergencies. It focused on promoting financial awareness concepts as a basis to achieve better personal and financial stability, reflecting positively on improving focus in work performance.
This initiative is part of the programmes that the Department of Human Resources in Muscat Governorate implemented to support the personal and professional development of staff and promote awareness and financial management in the government work environment.
