Coordinating Meeting between Wali of Mutrah Office and Nama Supply

As part of Muscat Governorate`s effort to strengthen community partnership with service sector companies and improve the quality of provided services to citizens, His Excellency Dr Hamad bin Saeed Al Mamari, Wali of Mutrah, chaireda coordination meeting today (Monday) with Nama Electricity Supply Company. This meeting aims to discuss aspects of cooperation and review the latest developments of electricity supply services in Mutrah. A number of sheikhs, notables, and representatives of several relevant government entities attended the meeting.
Nama delivered a visual presentation on the company`s main responsibilities and tasks in the electricity supply field. As well as, reviewing the most important work rules for subscribers` services, including offering a special service for groups suffering from chronic diseases, diseases, and offering awareness materials that contribute to raising awareness of wise consumption of energy.
This presentation highlighted the rules for dealing with subscribers` complaints, the “Yasser” service launched by the company to help subscribers pay the accumulated payments and ensure the service continuity. Additionally, the benefits of the national smart meters project.
This meeting confirms the importance of integrating efforts between government and service institutions to enhance communication channels with society and listen to the observations and aspirations of subscribers to develop the level of services and increase their efficiency.
