Within continuous efforts to promote economic and social development, His Excellency Ahmed bin Ali bin Hamdan AlShehhi, Wali of Seeb, today headed the first meeting of the team to manage the ‘Seeb Ramadan Market’ initiative, which supports productive families and provides job opportunities for job seekers.
During the meeting, ways to strengthen the partnership between the government and private sectors and the investment in small and medium enterprises were discussed, to encourage the entrepreneurs and achieve sustainable development.
The Wali affirmed that providing an attractive investment, which contributes to develop new projects and support productive families. As well as, implementing effective and sustainable initiatives that enhance the standard of living for citizens.
The ‘Seeb Ramadan Market’ initiative enables productive families and small business owners to market their products during Ramadan through an organised market that includes exhibition and promotional opportunities.
This initiative is part of the Wali of Seeb Office`s efforts to promote the local economy and entrepreneurship. It is through facilitating the participation of productive families and entrepreneurs in commercial activities and the appropriate opportunities to advance their projects.
