Muscat Governorate reviews the Tajawob Platform and Media Plans

A working meeting was held at the Wali of Seeb Office, attended by His Excellency Ahmed bin Ali Al Shehhi, the Wali of Seeb, and several officials to enhance organizational communication and achieve efficient government performance.
During the meeting, a detailed explanation of the National Platform for Suggestions, Complaints and Reports(Tajawob) and its role in quality government services through advanced methodologies that enhance response and transparency to deal with complaints, suggestions and reports. Thus, reflecting positively on the beneficiaries `experience of government services. The Walis` offices work as a link between government entities and citizens, achieving sustainable development purposes and promoting community satisfaction.
The communication plan of the Department of Communication and Media in Muscat Governorate was reviewed. It strengthens cooperation between the various departments to achieve high standards of institutional excellence by utilizing various information media and social media to effectively provide information.
