Muscat Governorate trains employees on ‘Wosool’ ePlatform

Within its continuous efforts to promote digital transformation, Muscat Governorate, through its Documents Department, conducted a training workshop on the implementation of the electronic document management platform ‘Wosool’ today (Monday). This workshop introduces the employees of Reconciliation and Settlement sections to the procedures and functions that electronic document management requires.
The workshop included an explanation of the ‘Wosool’ platform, its characteristics and advantages, and a practical application to use the main interface such as correspondence management, personal profile, E-signature, and the document management system. The participants were trained on creating files, uploading and preparing internal Memos, forwarding and comments procedures, and tracking and restoring of sent items.
Itis part of Muscat Governorate`s continuous efforts to implement digital transformation, enhance the efficiency of administrative work and ensure the security and privacy of government documents. Muscat Governorate is considered amongst the first government institutions to implement the ‘Wosool’ platform for electronic documents’ management. It implements continuously the latest technologies and systems that contribute to achieve Oman`s Digital Vision 2040.
