The Quriyat Parents` Council held its second meeting this year chaired by His Excellency Talal bin Saif Al Hosani, Quriyat wali and the Council’s chairman. Several topics enhance the educational process and the quality of school efficiency were discussed.
During the meeting, the three council committees (educational, social and financial) were formed. The Council`s visits’ program to the schools for the first and second semesters was approved. as well as, a ceremony to honour the teaching members on the upcoming Teachers` Day.
Within the framework of the field visits’ program to schools, the Quriyat Parents` Council, chaired by HE the wali and attended by council members, visited Sheikh Abu Ubaidah Abdullah bin Muhammad Al Balushi Basic Education School (5-9). The visit included following up on the educational process, listening to the school`s requirements, and reviewing the students` innovations in the art exhibition and creativity projects. The council members also toured the school`s interactive hall and theatre, where they appreciated the efforts to advance the school`s education and learning system.
