Muscat Governorate held a meeting to review its 2025 General Plan, which was attended by employees of the governorate`s various divisions, at the Muscat Governorate Building. Within promoting internal communication and unifying efforts to achieve the governorate`s development aims.
Iman bint Yasser Al Siyabi, Head of the Muscat Governor’s Office, who provided a presentation on the targets based on the governorate’s plan introduced the meeting. She noted that Oman Vision 2040, which prioritises the Omani people at the focus of sustainable development, prioritises these targets.
In a relevant context, Saif Al Rubaei, Manager of the Planning and Investment Department, reviewed the Muscat Governorate`s 2025 General Plan.
He explained the most important projects included in the plan and the objectives` formulation of the governorate`s departments according to the general plan. He highlighted the coordination between the various departments to achieve integration to implement these purposes.
The Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Office presented a visual presentation on the indicators of organisational excellence, the reasons for these indicators` implementation, and their positive impact on the overall governorate`s performance.
The meeting concluded with an interactive discussion session among the attendants, exchanging opinions and ideas on the targets` achievement, to enhance the employees` participation in planning and implementation.
Through this plan, Muscat Governorate enhances organisational performance and develops services for citizens, according to the future aspirations of Oman Vision 2040.
