His Excellency Sheikh Talal bin Saif Al Hosani, Quriyat wali, accompanied by Engineer Al Tayeb bin Mohammed Al Harithi, Director General of Muscat Municipality in Quriyat, and several specialists, visited several sites that are affected by the tropical condition ‘Al Siyal Low’.
The tour included a visit to Al Sahil village and the center, where His Excellency was reviewed the damages and followed up on the municipality`s efforts to deal with them. The wali and the accompanying team also visited the villages of Hail Al Ghaf, AlMazari`, Wadi Al Arabin, Faiq, and Al Ya`a to follow up on the work to reopen the roads affected by the flow of valleys and reefs. In order to simplify transport for these villages’ residents and visitors.
At the visit’send, the wali inspected the villages of Dhabab, Bimmah and Fens, emphasizing the speedy implementation of the necessary maintenance works to return the roads back to normal as soon as possible.
