Quriyat Wali meets with Sheikhs and Leaders to discuss development projects and digital transformation

His Excellency Sheikh Talal bin Saif Al Hosani, Quriyatwali, held a meeting with sheikhs and leaders to discuss the progress of development and service projects.
The meeting reviewed the most notable projects that are implemented. Additionally, the projects that are still under achievement in various sectors, stressing these projects’ role in improving the provided services to citizens. The wali alsodiscussed the importance of digital transformation in services, noting that some government paper forms have been cancelled. According to the Sultanate of Oman`s vision to transform to E-government, it aims to facilitate and fastenthe transactions’ accomplishment for citizens.
In the meeting, the Sheikh emphasized the directives of His Majesty the Sultan regarding reducing the social media influence on young people and children. He highlighted the need to focus on social values and principles. He stressed the youth encouragement to join the private sector labour market to achieve financial stability and develop their abilities.
