Today, Wednesday, Muscat Governorate held a meeting with the University of Technology and Applied Sciences and several leading companies interested in youth initiatives, consultations` offer in science, technology and innovation ,innovative capacity programs, and innovative solutions` offer. Within the governorate’s keenness to involve Omani youth in government programs that empower their capabilities, and seek to meet the challenges of the labor market`s requirements` increase, and enhance the youth capabilities for changes. It is done via cooperation with relevant bodies to develop the knowledge and skills of the target groups.
On the other hand, the meeting aimed to exchange ideas and initiatives that empower Omani youth, via joint programs` development that contribute to preparing them for the labor market and entrepreneurship. During it, the cooperation between the government and private sectors was highlighted to create an inspiring environment that supports innovative youth projects and initiatives.
Muscat Governorate confirmed the partnership enhancement with the private sector for youth talent. Indicating these continuous meetings that aim to adopt young people’s capabilities and the labour market preparation and entrepreneurship, establish inspiring keystones that support the national economy, contribute to inspiring young people for their successful stories, and enhances social responsibility programs among sectors that are interested in these societal purposes` achievement.
