Muscat Governorate pursues to provide the best summer experiences for children to fill their vacation times. The summer camp activities accompanying the “Sports Spark 2024” event were launched at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre. It continues until August 24, 2024 from 9 am to 1 pm, targeting children from 6 to 14 years old.
Summer camp activities include a variety of recreational and educational activities and events. They Include sports activities such as football, badminton, basketball, volleyball, and ninja challenge. In addition to other games, such as electronic and board games, arts and crafts, learning life skills, ninja challenges, and many more. These activities come within the framework of Muscat Governorate’s keenness to encourage children to practice sports and physical activities, and offer an enjoyable and healthy experience for them during the summer vacation. It gives them the opportunity to practice new sports and participate in inspiring educational activities. Also, friendships` forming and strengthening social relationships by participating in different sports teams.
Summer camp activities are held at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Center weekly for a month from Sunday to Thursday from 8 am to 1 pm. Its activities combine education and entertainment to children that contributes to support Muscat Governorate’s trends that aimed at highlighting the diverse entertainment destinations that the governorate abounds with, and offer various activities for all society`s members.
