Today (Wednesday), Muttrah wali’s officeorganized a workshop entitled “Laws of Charisma to Achieve Success,” targetingthe people of the wilayat and Muscat Governorate’s employees.
Lecturer Maimoona Al-Wahibi presented theworkshop. She discussed three main topics. They are the charisma concept, thecharisma importance in success achievement, and the charisma laws includeinteractive discussions and practical exercises for participants. The workshopaimed to develop the creative abilities of the participants and train them onthe social attractiveness’s secrets. It that enables them to influence the others’outlooks and opinions positively. It also pursues to help participants acquirethe charisma necessary to form an effective leadership personality. Additionally,offer them with the knowledge and skills, which are required to develop andimprove their personalities to achieve their personal and professionalpurposes.
This workshop comes as a continuance ofinitiatives and workshops’ series, which are implemented by Muttrah wali’soffice, as part of its ongoing efforts to develop the wilayat’s people skills anddevelop the proficiencies of the governorate’s employees.
