Process and procedures documentation project team Muscat Governorate organizes a training workshop

     Today, Wednesday, the Process and ProceduresDocumentation Project team in Muscat Governorate held a training workshop forits members in cooperation with the Ministry of Labour. This is within thecompletion the executive plan for the project to document processes andprocedures in Muscat Governorate.

 

     The workshop aims to train team members on methods andmechanisms for inventorying procedures and processes and documenting them bysupport experts from the Ministry of Labour. Thiscontributes to enable team members to activate the competencies and tasksassigned to each administrative division, evaluate the efficiency of theseprocedures, limit them, and unify them among the various administrativedivisions, paving the way for the governance of these procedures and ensuringtheir compatibility with the Oman 2040 Vision.

 


    Khadija bint Masoud Al-Toubi, Assistant Director General for Developmentand Quality Assurance at the Ministry of Labor, presented a visual presentationin which she defined the concept of administrative processes, their components,objectives, and indicators. In addition to the concept of procedures, standardforms of documenting procedures, description tables, interaction network, andgovernance of procedures. The workshop also included a discussion between teammembers and specialists from the Ministry of Labour. In addition to a set ofpractical and interactive exercises on formulating processes, procedures,objectives, services, and the network of interactions.

 

      It is worth noting that the process and proceduresdocumentation project team is responsible for developing the executive plan toinventory and document procedures according to a specific time frame. Thisensures improved user experience, reduces time, effort and resources,standardizes procedures, and enhances digital transformation in MuscatGovernorate.
