Launching of a training workshop for the program to professionalize (master) the methodology of the main objectives and results (OKRs) in Muscat Governorate

In continuance of the achieved efforts in the individual performance measurement system (Ejada) implementation in Muscat Governorate. Today (Sunday), the training workshop for the program to professionalize the Objectives and Basic Results (OKRs) methodology began in the office hall of the Bawshar Wally.
The program targets governorate employees and wallies’ offices’ employees. The program is scheduled to continue for three weeks during the period (10/1 -10/18). The program aims to explain participants with the individual performance measurement system and performance indicators and institutional proficiency. Moreover, train them on how to formulate objectives and basic results according to the OKRs methodology.
It pointed out that the excellence “Ejada” system is considered one of the main standards of “Oman Vision 2040” achievement.
