The training workshop titled as: “anti-drugs,Psychotropic effects (matters) combat and anti-smoking” concluded today, onWednesday, in Muttrah that was organized by the “Health Committee” in Muttrah Wally’soffice under the sponsorships of the Deputy Governor. The workshop targetedteachers, psychologists and social workers. This is to raise their skills in raisingawareness about anti-drugs, psychotropic effects (matters) combat and anti-smokingin the educational (school) environment. The workshop aimed to create asustainable awareness environment in schools from the first cycle of basiceducation to the general diploma in governmental and private schools.
During the workshop, educational staffs weretrained on the used skills to raise awareness among various groups of students,parents, and educational faculty.
