‘Executive Leadership Preparation’ Programme Conducts in Muscat Governorate

Muscat Governorate conducted the ‘Executive Leadership Preparation’ programme in collaboration with Jadarat Development, kicked off on Sunday and will continue until next Thursday. Numerous experts in leadership and institutional development delivered this programme, including Dr Bakhit Al Shibli, Yaqoub Al Khuzaimi and Rashid Al Hamadani.
Twenty-five employees from various departments across the Governorate participated in this programme. It empowers leaders with 21st century competencies and change management skills. Thus, it achieves the objectives of Oman Vision 2040, and institutional excellence and boosts individual performance among leaders.

The programme consists of key topics. They include institutional leadership, creating and managing work team, effective leadership skills, change management and institutional innovation, digital transformation, data analysis and artificial intelligence, planning and performance indicators.

This programme contributes to boosting problem-solving and decision-making skills, improving communication between teams and departments, drafting personal work plans to apply the acquired skills, and implementing performance monitoring and evaluation indicators. The programme aims to improve team productivity, promote cooperation and innovation, and enhance leadership skills among attendees, to achieve the institution`s competitive advantage and align with future challenges.
