Muscat Governorate organizes a training program on programs and performance comparison

In continuanceof the efforts made within the abilities’ constructing to transform to programsand performance comparison. Muscat Governorate organized today, Thursday, incooperation with the Ministry of Finance a foundational program for program andperformance comparison’s implementation. The program targeted those concernedwith administrative and financial affairs from the governorate and walleys’offices.
Dr. Talib bin Ali Al-Siyabi, the Director ofthe Proficiency, Programs and Development Department at the Ministry ofFinance, and Director of the Program and Performance Comparison ImplementationProject, presented a visual presentation that he indicated that the programaims to implement a proposal(plan) to link the various entities’ comparison toachieve a set of objectives, whether long, medium, or short-term.
This program aims to raise the specialists’efficiency in government entities, and develop the practical abilities of thetargeted people in programs comparison and performance implementation. Byproviding them with the basic skills to apply and use program and performancecomparison. Additionally, constructing high-level teams in government entitiesin comparisons preparation, programs’ planning, and performance and supervisionfulfillment.
